Notice of Public Hearing - Ordinance 1337 and 1338

The Town Council of the Town of Ruston will hold a public hearing on September 6, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Ordinance No. 1337, which imposed an emergency moratorium for a period of six months on the establishment, licensing, use and operation of medical marijuana dispensaries as defined in the Ordinance.  All members of the public may provide testimony on this moratorium during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing.   

The Town Council of the Town of Ruston will hold a public hearing on September 6, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Ordinance No. 1338, which adopted emergency interim zoning regulations on the establishment, use and operation of collective gardens as defined in the Ordinance.  All members of the public may provide testimony on the interim zoning regulations during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing.

Public comments or questions may be submitted in writing to Rob White, Town Planner by e-mail at robw@rustonwa.org , or by mail at 5117 North Winnifred, Ruston, WA 98407, up until the time of the close of the public hearing.  Verbal testimony will be accepted at the public hearing.
