Planning Commission Vacancy

The Mayor and Council are seeking members to fill two vacancies on the Planning Commission.

The five member Commission directs the growth and development of the City of Ruston by reviewing land use applications for activities such as subdivisions, variances, conditional use permits, shoreline permits, and rezones.  The Commission is also responsible for updates to the City's Comprehensive Plan, Shoreline Master Program and Zoning Codes.

The Planning Commission generally meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
