You've never sat in chairs like these before.  Whimsical, wacky, fanciful, edgy, beautifully detailed, and fun.

Made by 21 fine local artists each Adirondack chair is a unique design reflecting why Ruston is such a special place.

These beautiful chairs will be on display Sunday - Friday, July 22-27, from 4-7PM.

Stroll through our charming historic town and enjoy the art, at 5117 N. Winnifred Street.  Then you can say "I had a seat in Ruston...and it was terrific!"

On Saturday, July 28 come to 5219 N. Shirley Street, the Ruston School, and place your top bid on your favorite chair at our "Chair-itable" Silent Auction.  Preview begins at 6:30PM and Silent Auction at 7PM, with the proceeds going to Ruston Arts and Parks.  The event is free to the public and cash, check or credit cards are welcome.

Here is a sample of what will be on display....don't let your favorite chair go home with anyone else.....see you there.
