The City of Ruston will hold a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner on January 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 16-04) submitted by Anne Curry, which proposes to construct an accessory dwelling unit over a new detached garage at 5402 Park Avenue, Ruston, WA 98407. All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing, which will be held in the City Council Chambers and Community Center at 5219 N Shirley Street, Ruston, WA.
