Notice of Application and Public Hearing - CUP 18-01

The City of Ruston will hold a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner on May 29, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on a Conditional Use Permit request (CUP 18-01) submitted by Jennifer Jensen, which seeks to allow use of the upper floor of an existing detached garage as an accessory dwelling and short term rental (AirBnb) at 5330 N Highland Street, Ruston, WA 98407.

All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing, which will be held in the City Council Chambers and Community Center at 5219 N Shirley Street, Ruston, WA.  If you would like to view a copy of the application materials, you may access them on line by clicking the link below.
