Notice of Application, Public Hearing and SEPA Determination - VAR 18-01

The City of Ruston will hold a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner on May 29, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on a Variance request (VAR 18-01) submitted by Navroop Sidhu, which seeks to allow construction of a single family residence at 5006 N Orchard Street, Ruston, WA 98407 without being required to comply with setback and garage placement requirements of the Residential (RES) Zone.  The City of Ruston also issued a SEPA Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the project.  All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing, which will be held in the City Council Chambers and Community Center at 5219 N Shirley Street, Ruston, WA.  If you would like to view a copy of the application materials, you may access them at the following link:
