The City of Ruston will hold a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner on October 17, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 19-01) submitted by Morrie and Linda Pigott, which proposes to utilize existing space within an approved single family home as an accessory dwelling unit and short-term rental unit at 5128 N 49th Street, Ruston, WA 98407. All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing, which will be held in the City Council Chambers and Community Center at 5219 N Shirley Street, Ruston, WA.
