The Ruston City Council will hold a public hearing on May 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on ORD 1529, which proposes to update the City’s Zoning Code to include standards for Temporary Encampments.  All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing.  If you would like to view a copy of the application materials, you will find them on line at www.rustonwa.org.
