The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and technical support to the City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk/Utility Clerk, City staff, and serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors. How do I pay my utility bill?

You can make cash and check payments in person, or submit your payment into the dropbox after hours. You can pay your bills 24/7 with Xpress Bill Pay online or by contacting their payment center at 1-800-720-6847. The City of Ruston is not able to accept credit card payments in person or by phone. If you have any utility billing questions please contact the Utility Clerk at (253) 759-3544 ext 2.
