The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and technical support to the City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk/Utility Clerk, City staff, and serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors. Step 3: Plans Approved

When the last technical review is approved, your permit will be pre issued. You will be notified that your permit is ready, and be provided an invoice for review fee total. You may pick up your permit between 9:00 am-2:00 pm Monday through Friday, at the Permit Service Center, located within City Hall at 5219 N. Shirley St., Ruston, WA 98407.
