Entry to Ruston City Hall Requirements
Effective July 9, 2021
In an effort to provide service and assistance in a way that minimizes potential exposure to COVID-19, City services are being offered remotely by phone, email, online or appointments.
Instead of Visiting
Call or Go Online – Most City services can be accessed online or by phone in lieu of coming to Ruston City Hall, including paying utility bills, building permit approval and scheduling inspections. The public is encouraged to access Ruston City Hall services and conduct business remotely. Go Online by visiting the City of Ruston website at www.rustonwa.org
Entry to Ruston City Hall Requirement
Appointment –
At this time, visitors are allowed to enter Ruston City Hall on an appointment-only basis. To make an appointment please call the Ruston City Clerk by telephone at 253-759-3544 x 102 or email at townclerk@rustonwa.org.
Pay a Utility Bill –
Please visit xpressbillpay.com or contact them at 1-800-766-2350 to make a payment. You may also use the drop box left of the front door or mail your check payable to the City of Ruston to: City of Ruston, 5117 N. Winnifred St., Ruston, WA 98407.
While inside all City Hall Visitors are required:
- To wear a face covering over their mouth and nose to enter Ruston City Hall.
- Maintain Social Distancing – All visitors must maintain a minimum of six (6) feet of physical distance at all times.
- Keep Sanitized – Hand sanitizers will be available to the public at the entrance of Ruston City Hall and at City Service Counters.
