The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and technical support to the City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk/Utility Clerk, City staff, and serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors. Public Records Request

Public Records Request

Public Records Requests can be submitted through MyGov. Requestors will be prompted to create an account and become a Collaborator, where they can enter their information and the request for records.

Any person wishing to inspect or copy public records of the City shall make the request in writing on the City's request form, or by letter or fax addressed to the Public Records Officer (PRO) and include the following information:

  1. Name of Requester and contact information including address, telephone number and email address
  2. The date and time of day pf the request
  3.  Identification of the public records to be requested
  4. Requester must designate whether to inspect the records, have copies or scans of the records ( copy/scan fees apply)

Please note that records requests are public records and subject to inspection or copying. Records requests may only encompass existing records. Please read the Public Records Request Rules here: Public Record Request Rules
