File your Quarterly Business Taxes

The City of Ruston requires ALL businesses to submit quarterly tax information. These taxes are based on quarterly gross receipts equal to or greater than $5,000.00 or annual gross receipts equal to or greater than $20,000.  Please download the B&O Tax Form application and submit on or before the due date:

Tax Period Due Dates:

  • JAN- MAR DUE APRIL 30
  • APR-JUNE DUE JULY 31
  • JULY - SEPT DUE OCT 31
  • OCT-DEC DUE JAN 31

To submit your B & O Tax Form follow these instructions:

  1. Download the B &O Tax form below.
  2. Sign the form and mail in a check payment for the total taxes due by the Quarterly due date.
