The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and technical support to the City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk/Utility Clerk, City staff, and serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. The Administrative Assistant role is classified as a Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) non-exempt position. Request Review Meeting

    Open to active permit applicants. Each permit application includes a one-time courtesy mid-cycle review meeting with staff. Use this request form to set up an in person meeting to discuss review comments, requested information or submitting new changes.
